Great tasting product and super seller service. Better than the best restaurant soup you ever tasted AND easy to prepare. Requires that you add one 15 oz. can of tomato sauce or you can substitute a mixture of 7 - 8 oz. tomato sauce with any broth for a total of 15 - 16 ounces. We liked the mixture best. Enjoy!

I enjoy many of the Cugino's mixes, and this one is no exception. The flavor of is terrific, and I love to add whatever leftover veggies I have hanging around. You can't miss with this mix, or any of the other Cugino's for that matter.

This is really a good soup mix with lots of pasta, but I found that I like it better when mixed with a can of Italian seasoned (garlic, basil, oregano) diced tomatoes. I am absolutely hooked on these mixes.

If you like a heavy tomato taste, you'll like this minestrone. It has a strong flavor, no fat, and average sodium for a packaged product (530 mg per serving). The directions call for adding water and tomato sauce. Next time I'll add the optional beef and more vegetables.
