I can't speak to the skin benefits because I just started drinking this but the flavor is really surprisingly good. I don't like splenda and/or diet tasting drinks but there is very little after taste to this. It's also 5 calories as opposed to 0 so that might be the reason it tastes a little better (?) In any case I think it's worth it for the taste alone and if you are getting any extra skin benefits from the water - that's great :)

This flavor is VERY good.. It is a close second to pomegranate-cherry in my opinion. It has a light lemonade taste. I would definitely recommend it.

My friend suggested that I try Crystal Light Skin Essentials .My skin looks and feels much better since I have been drinking Crystal Light Skin Essentials Pomegranate Lemonade. Before I found this flavor Crystal Light I was constantly told you have to drink more water, and personally I found it totally boring, now I drink water throughout the day. I use this flavor because of the amazing taste. It's wonderful: one package per 24 oz water bottle I keep a few packets in my purse.
The grocery store that I shop at has not carried this flavor for a few months. I now have resorted to purchasing this Crystal Light Skin Essentials Pomegranate Lemonade by the case.

I really like Crystal Light lemonade, and the BRAND is so much better than any store-label generics because CL uses a blend of sweeteners - the cost savings in the off-labels are the savings in the more expensive sweetener not being used. Just tried this POMEGRANATE and it is the best yet from Crystal Light! No aftertaste, no metallic articificl tartness, and it really tastes like the fruit. WORTH THE EXTRA CENTS to buy over the generics! It would be a great party punch base too, very pretty color and the flavor holdls up even with lots of ice. .

Great flavor, but sadly it was discontinued. Its hard to tell if it really good for your skin, but I really do love the taste. It has pomegranate, but the lemonade softens the taste. It has a much lighter taste than the cherry pomegranate flavor that they still make.
