"Truth monger!"
My favorite cookies are oatmeal cookiies; the usual oatmeal cookies with raisins and walnuts. Then Dame Fortune favored me with the opportunity to eat organic oatmeal, raisin cookies. Need I say, "Thank you Dame Fortune?"

These cookies are made with an eye toward good health in that they have extremely low trans fat (0 grams, which means less than 1 gram) and contain whole-grain oat flour, cane sugar, honey, and rice flour. They contain whole eggs, which means that they also contribute cholesterol to one's diet (2% of one's daily allowance per cookie). No doubt their excellent flavor and texture owe a lot to the use of these conventional (though organic) ingredients. They are the perfect choice for someone who is health conscious but not so health-obsessive as to be willing to put up with dry-cardboard substitutes that, while lacking anything harmful, also lack anything that tastes good.
