Ran this kit as a five gallon instead of a six. Result was a medium bodied
wine with good peach aromas, low tannins and lingering flavor. Especially enjoyed by those who shy away from the dry wines. A good desert wine for sipping.

This wine kit was fun and easy to make with the step by step instructions. The finished wine was such a hit that I could barely keep any for myself. The wine has an amazing peach flavor that everyone loved.
Sweet wine with a Huge Peach PunchMar 20, 2012

I just bottled this wine two days ago. The result was a very sweet dessert wine with a great peach taste. It's the kind of wine you make for people who say they don't like wine. Like all the other Paklab products (Reserve Du Chateau and Vino Italiano kits) these Cornucopia kits are super easy to make as long as you don't let your yeast get too cold during primary fermentation, the rest is easy.
