5This B Grade Maple Syrup Gets an A+Mar 06, 2010
By Natasha Stryker
B Grade maple syrup is not inferior to Grade A, it has a darker color and deeper flavor than A Grade. If you need big maple flavor in baking, Grade B is the syrup you will want to use. I find I need much less Grade B syrup compared to when I use A Grade to sweeten and flavor foods with maple syrup. This is a great bargain too for such quality syrup. Once a bottle of real maple syrup is opened, you have to refrigerate it, I find getting two 16 oz. bottles is more convenient than one big 32 oz jug since it is easier to find space in the fridge for the smaller bottle (which is also super cute) and the taste is fresher since a large bottle would sit around opened twice as long. I highly recommend!

I got an excellent deal on this 2 pack of maple syrup. It was shipped fast, packaged well, and I couldn't tell the difference between it and A grade.
