2Gluten-free GnocchiMay 05, 2009
By C. Hughes "Scooter Girl"
I mainly purchased this product because of its gluten-free qualities. I'm not an expert on Gnocchi, so I may not be giving it a fair shake. However, the consistency was mushy and a little grainy. I felt as though mashed potatoes would have been a far preferable choice for my dinner's gluten-free side dish.

Also, beware that the product ships frozen and was half-thawed by the time it arrived at my house. This may have affected the quality of the final product.

2Not impressedNov 21, 2010

They showed up thawed out and I was home right when they were delivered, then when I opened them it just reeked of dog food. All in all one package makes enough to serve one person. They don't taste good either, I won't get them again.

5Really good gnocchiDec 18, 2010
By LAnd
Arrived frozen and as advertised. It is quite tasty. I can honestly say that the difference between gnocchi with wheat flour and without is almost negligible.

Gluten-free gnocchi is surprisingly hard to find. Why does a pasta made from potato need to have wheat flour in it? The answer is simple: It DOESN'T!

As a person with celiac, I am always looking for meal options and this is a definite regular in my household.
