Tasty all purpose marinade & dipping sauceMar 01, 2009

When it comes to food, my family rarely agrees on anything. This marinade/sauce is a rarity in that everyone in the family loves it. I use it often as a marinade on chicken and turkey. Once in a pinch I forgot to marinade the meat ahead of time and added the sauce after grilling the meat. Still delicious! My son prefers the sauce lightly heated in a bowl so he can dip his meat into it; my daughter likes the meat slathered in the sauce, and my husband likes it slathered and dipped! To make it hotter, add a few drops of hot sauce; for a chinese sauce, add some minced garlic and a touch of ginger.
