Awesome Coffee! Great Flavor!Apr 19, 2010

Love this coffee! My wife's sister sent us Highlander Grogg from a different coffee company (she lives in St Louis, and we are in VA), and I loved it. When it ran out, I had to find a replacement, and this turned out to be the perfect answer. Great flavor, good price. Definitely recommend it.

Really GoodSep 18, 2010
By Kevin M. Smith I have been trying several different coffees, thus far this is the best one I have had.
okApr 17, 2012
By nano-nadoo This coffee is tolerable, but not a true "highlander grogg". Another reviewer compared it to Kaldi's in St. Louis, which I think is the best Grogg out there, and I have to say I tried this brand based on that review. Boy was I wrong to do that! This is nothing like Kaldi's, and is at best, an imitation of even a mediocre Grogg.
Not my cup of coffeeApr 05, 2012

Spent more and purchased this because of glowing reviews. Drinkable only if you use a lot of flavored creamer. Best results for me come from Irish Cream or Creme Brule creamer flavors. I won't serve this to company.
Very disappointed...again.Mar 29, 2012
By Harley Dude My wife and I were looking forward to a great cup of Highlander Grogg after all the great reviews, however, the flavor of this coffee was very disappointing. I have been drinking various Highlander Grogg coffees since the early nineties and this is not it. The HG I have come to know has a very recognizable caramel-butterscotch-rum-nutty flavor. The coffee beans are over-roasted and taste like burnt nuts with not a hint of the other before-mentioned flavors. I was also disappointed with Coffee Bean Direct's version of HG. So far, only Grounds For Coffee and Cameron have the right recipe. We would have given it another star had we enjoyed drinking it even a little bit. The search goes on.
