So you wonder how they make all those meals at resturants like blackend tuna or scallops. Well its pretty easy thanks to this spice. Just heat up your grill or better yet cast iron skillet. Dip the fish in butter and season well with the spice. Grill each side for 1-3mins. and you are done. My kids even love this spice on hamburgers!

In the store it cost like 5.99 a ounce. you get 48oz. for like 17.00 and free shipping/no tax. This deal is sick!

This stuff is the best ever for seasoning everything....use it for blackening as well as cajun honey mustard....cajun mashed potatoes....just about everything! Save mad cash by buying in bulk!

Spoke to the chef at a restaurant to ask what they put on their Mahi Mahi sandwich-brought this out! Bought it for home-amazing on any kind of fish (catfish,halibut,salmon). Perfect blend of slight sweetness and smokiness. MUST TRY for fish lovers. But I'm sure would taste great on chicken, turkey, etc. as well. Large container.

We have been using Redfish Magic Blackening for years. Not only can you use it alone with chicken, beef, or tuna steaks, but we seem to find ourselves adding it to many dishes as a secret spice. For example, great in fajitas, meats used for cheese steaks, salsas and asian dishes~ just to name a few. You will always find a canister of Redfish Magic in our spice cabinet and all of our visitors ask me to write down the name of the product so that they can order it when they get home. Also, we have tried the all of the other Magic blends, but this one is hands down the winner. You will not be disappointed with this product.
