It is almost impossible to find Hollandaise sauce in a market. Trader Joe's had some wonderful stuff, but discontinued the product for reasons unknown. I am gluten intolerant, so cannot use what products I could find on the store shelves. The only brands I found contained wheat.
This is a product that contains NO WHEAT, RYE or BARLEY. It comes ready to use. Just pour out what you need and heat it in the microwave. Storing in the fridge thickens it up, so it isn't easy to pour.
I love eggs Benedict, and after being diagnosed with Celiac had not been able to enjoy this treat. I buy Glutino English muffins (delicious!).

This is an incredible product! If you are a chef and are sick of throwing away hollandaise every night, then this product is for you. It is reheatable and heat tolerant. No more making hollandaise at the last minute. You could use it right out of the container over eggs benedict or anything else. It is very hard to tell the difference between the hollandaise sauce I make and this high quality product. Probably because it contains real eggs, butter and tobassco just like mine. Only this wonderful sauce won't break. Try this product and you'll never wisk butter and yolks again!

The Hollandaise Sauce by Chef Creations is an outstanding product with a good shelf life. It is comparable to the best Hollandaise Sauce made from scratch and it takes no effort! I have used this product for several years now and can only give it a "thumbs up".

I love the taste of this and it is very hard to find premixed sauce. The price is a little high for something to put on my eggs Benedict but beggars can't be choosers.

I just love this product. It's made of all the correct ingredients and has no artificial taste. I put it on everything. My grqandson loves it too. Downside: calories, but in this case it's worth it!
