High protein, low carbs, low calories. Best thing: It tastes good! Great combination in a protein shake.
Try it by mixing it with less liquid and it tastes like brownie batter!
Great if you've had bariatric surgery, too.

While trying to tone up for football season I tried many, many protein delivery systems for my pre and post workout, muscle feeding. This product was the last one I tried.
The taste of the three flavors available is excellent. It delivers a substantial protein blast along with a modest calorie input. The chocolate and vanilla flavors mix very well and very easily with a shaker cup. The strawberry seems to always have some clumps. Makes an excellent smoothie type drink when used in a blender with ice. At the end of my workout I get a couple of ice cubes and 12oz of water, one envelop of mix and shake my shake cup as I walk to the car. I drive away enjoying the shake. The chocolate in particular hits the spot, for me.
The mixes come in regular, lite and low carb. There is not a lot of difference in the amount of calories/protein between the three and virtually no taste difference. I use the low carb because I'm diabetic. I give my football players the regular. I had no muscle related injuries either in the weight room or on the field the entire season.
My only issue is I wish it came in a high calorie form (600-800) as it would help bulk some of the guys up.
Excellent product for anyone that works out.

I have been using this product for almost a year. I drink it for breakfast almost every single day. Half of pack at the time (it tastes as good as the whole pack with half the calories and will last twice as much...) The following is the recipe I use every day: 1. Half of pack(4.5 tbs of mix) 2. One small Banana. 3. 1tbs of instant coffee. 4. One tbs. of "Naturally More" peanut butter. 5. Two handfuls of ice. 6. Fat Free skim milk (for a little thickness fill to 12oz on blender) 7. Water, fill to 24oz. 8. Blend on High for 1 min. 9. Enjoy. 10. Ad ice or water accordingly for thickness preference.
The Vanilla one is also excellent. Mix some mixed berries or anything you like... Is delicious.
