 Impossible to find French Vanilla anywhere but AmazonDec 29, 2009

First off, there are only 8 packets per box - not 10 (as stated by Amazon). I knew that when purchasing, but others may not. That said, I am so happy to be able to get the No Sugar Added Carnation Instant Breakfast in French Vanilla from Amazon. I use 2 to 4 packets per day to feed my son and it has really helped pack the weight on him (I mix the CIB with heavy cream, not milk - HUGE caloric difference). And with the French Vanilla flavor, I'm free to add anything else to the mixture to flavor it for him (usually SF jello pudding or SF Tang to give it a orange creamsicle flavor, which he loves).

I like vanilla for mixing with other flavors in smoothies. It gives me nutrition plus flexibility to vary my breakfast flavors with different fruits. Also mixes well with protein powders.

I am diabetic and have had gastric bypass surgery. I was instructed to drink "Carnation Instant Breakfast" as part of my diet. I love the "no sugar added, French Vanilla". This helps on both problems. My only problem it is difficult to find I even contacted the company and they did not have it a few months ago. The other reviews were very helpful. I never thought about adding other fruits to change the taste and offer a little variety, great idea. Please try to keep it stock.

Just wish I could find this in a STORE somewhere so I didn't have to order a ton at a time. Sure is good, though...and I DON'T miss the extra sugar at all.

I too have been looking for this in stores for my son as a weight gainer. (Doc recommended) I didn't order from here though because the Nestle Store website was more for less. 64 packets for $37. I can't believe how hard it is to find just a box of no sugar added vanilla! I wish it was sugar free, though.
