This is a quick and easy meal that you can even make for company or take to a sick friend and they will think you made it from scratch. It's yummy.

The picture shows Chicken Curry Brown Rice, though the title for this listing says Farmhouse Chicken and Brown Rice. I'm not sure if they are two different soup types, but I tried the Chicken Curry Brown Rice, purchased from my local drug store, and it was amazing. It tasted fantastic and was even easy for a kitchen klutz like me to prepare. I did saute two boneless chopped chicken breasts in the olive oil. I highly recommend these soups. I've also tried the Savory Herb Tortellini which was equally as delicious.

5Very hearty and filling.. and deliciousNov 15, 2010

Wow. I really love this soup. I added boiled chicken, didn't sauté it in olive oil as suggested so that I could cut back a little on the fat and calories. Even still, the soup was very flavorful and very easy to fix. I got 6 1.5 cup servings out of it and am fully satisfied with that for a meal. Very strongly recommend for people who want to try a quick and easy meal that is satisfying and tasty as well.

This is a great chunky soup. Lots of good things and easy to make!

2Buyer Beware: Way too much sodium!Mar 12, 2012
By Jen "Jen"
Way too much sodium. My husband (who eats anything) couldn't even eat this because it contained way too much salt. I should have looked at the nutrition label before buying, but have never had a problem buying a soup (or any packaged product) that had too much salt. I'm not someone that looks for low-sodium food products (the list of things I already watch for is long enough and luckily don't worry too much about sodium).
