These are some of the yummiest chocolate muffins ever. to make them even better, I put a teaspoon of raspberry jam in the center. The whole office raves when I bring these in.

These muffins were easy to make, but the finished product wasn't all that impressive. The muffins looked awesome, but had a weird artificial taste. They weren't dense, rich and moist like I expected. However, I gave a mix to my neighbor and she thought they were wonderful.

I serve these muffins in my B&B. It's the only thing I make from a box because I make all my other breads and muffins from scratch. I bought a box of these to try once when I didn't have time to bake and when my guests begged for the recipe I knew I was in trouble. So I only serve them once in awhile because I've noted that in the off chance there are any left over, guests will often sneak away with them. I don't eat these muffins myself for fear I will not stop and end up looking like Jabba the Hutt instead of a chef.

Excellent product, yummy tasting and moist texture. Everything you'd want in a muffin mix. I could eat these anytime and whenever I make them they disappear...
