beware of misleading claimsJun 28, 2011

This machine claims to to work over a network and it does up to a point. But, if you want to scan from your workstation, you must be connected via USB. You can scan from the machine and have the file, which will be generically named, sent to the network, but it does not have the full network functionality of other scanners. The scanning software that comes with it leaves a lot to be desired, also. After using the Epson Artisan multifunction machine over a network with it's excellent Epsonscan software, this was a huge disappointment.

By pink mama This is a good machine. It is difficult to set up. It is fast and the copies are great quality.
