 Shelf life much shorter than buying at a local storeJul 18, 2010

Everything was fine as far as the price and convenient free delivery. No dented cans and the product tastes good. The only issue I have is that their stock is not as new as what you get in the stores. The shelf life on cans I bought two months ago at a local grocery store expire nine months after the ones I bought from Amazon just last week.
If you store food as we do and need optimum shelf life then you are better off going to your local grocery store for a fresher product.

I've NEVER seen such small cans of Chunky Soup. You know, Campbell's Chunky soup has been sold since the 1970s and in that time I've seen only one size of can. This is not the usual double but a SINGLE SERVING CAN! If you think you're getting a good deal, THINK AGAIN and compare the can size.

I've been noticing recently that this and all their chunky soups are becoming more and more watered down.
That and the incremental downsizing of their products(as with just about everything else in the grocery store) means I'll be passing their section of the soup aisle. Time to make my own I guess.

Every single can of soup in my order was dented. Not just slightly, but as if someone had taken each can and personally threw it on the cement before they shipped it to me.

It is my own fault that I didn't realize I always buy the 18.8 ounce and this is only 10.75 ounce cans. (I've never even seen them in this small of a size). I only buy them on sale so the price per can for the 10.75 ounce is more than I normally buy the 18.8 ounce for. Amazon will not allow you to return food even though this is cans and was still in the plastic wrap.
