Try tossing these smoky, plump, pieces of sweetness onto a pizza, into soups, broths, sauces, anything you wish, and it will improve it.

these tomatoes were delicious. moist and tender enough that they were great out of the bag. added to salads and tossed with pasta, olive oil and basil. i wouldn't cook with them much other than maybe on a pizza just because they are so good by themselves. delicate smokiness is a nice surprise in a sundried tomato. bought them for my mother as a christmas present. she loved them.

I use these smoked dried tomatoes on vegan pizzas and in strombolis where they take the place of pepperoni beautifully with a salty, smoky flavor. The quality and flavor is consistent; it's a great product.

The CA sun-dried smoked tomatoes are so soft and moist with a great flavor. The 3-oz packaging size is perfect for maintaining freshness. I will order these again.
