Calhoun Bend Mill Apple Cinnamon Crisp Mix is the best premix I've ever used. It does not contain oatmeal as some do, and crisps perfectly when you add the right amount of butter. I've even used 2 packs at once to have more crisp. Sadly, its getting harder and harder to find this in stores now. I'm glad Amazon.com has it available.
