If you like a dark roast coffee, Bluff Blend is as good as it gets.Mar 21, 2008

I used to live in the Magnolia neighborhood of Seattle and this is the coffee I drank every morning. I've always enjoyed rich, bold dark roasts and this is the best I've ever found. It has a slightly smoky taste and is very intense, but it doesn't taste burnt or sour, like a lot of dark roasted coffees.
Also, if you're ever in Seattle, find one of their shops and try an Appassionato Mocha, made with Dilletante Chocolate's Ephemere dark chocolate sauce. Absolutely to die for! Unlike most mochas, this isn't overly sweet and neither flavor overpowers the other, they complement and enhance each other perfectly. The feel of the drink in your mouth isn't gritty or cloyingly syrupy, but smooth and substantial. The cup has the lovely smell of lush, sensuous, dark chocolate and freshly roasted coffee. A real treat for all of the senses. I love my coffee and Appassionato is the best, bar none.
