This coffee is everything you could possibly want: fair trade, organic, already ground and delicious. We use it at my office and everyone loves it.

Far Too Acidic to Be MarketedJul 30, 2009
By Goldwave
"shopper"
I've tried several variations of this company's coffee and, every time, the product was far too acidic to have ever been considered acceptable for marketing. There is no flavor really other than the acidity. We did not finish any of them - we threw them away.
I would like to add here that, when it comes to "gourmet" or "specialty" coffee, I hope that the companies attempting to profit in this sector wake up and realize that the customer base interested in purchasing such coffees actually knows coffee, and we aren't being fooled by this kind of sad attempt to sell us garbage. Please, if you want to market good coffee, then find some, rather than just relying on terms like "organic" and "fair trade" and "grown someplace Third World but hip" or whatever.

Excellent Choice For Organic Coffee - Fresh and GoodSep 07, 2010
By QuantumStellar After reading a couple of bad reviews, I was hesitant to try this coffee. I am so glad I decided to try it! Wow so fresh and good!! Don't believe the bad reviews, I think they are posted up by rival sellers!! This is simply good coffee at a good price! and besides, if you don't like it, you have 30 days to return it! Amazon is great for that!!! Give it a try!!

Bitter swill!Nov 18, 2007
By JustJohn I wanted to like this coffee as I appreciate the fair trade and organic policies of the company. However, I had my doubts from the moment I broke the seal on the can and there was no coffee smell whatsoever! There is hardly even an aroma when it brews! Drinking this, the coffee tastes stale and bitter with not even a remote hint of what a good cup of coffee should taste like.
Perhaps their whole bean might have been better, I don't know. I got this for those mornings when you wake up and just don't want to take out the grinder and go through that process. Okay, I learned my lesson - it was a mistake!
A decent cup of coffeeApr 21, 2012
By M. Birnbaum I have been buying this coffee for the past year. It has a good overall mild flavor, just short of full-bodied without hints of being too weak. No bitterness. Having the empty cans is just an added bonus. However, if the price continues to rise, I will start to consider other brands.
