These are my favorite chips, I am from southern California but live in Texas so I can only get these chips via mail. Chips are healthy, fresh and delicious.

Just like the other reviews - chips were stale and hard as rocks. Like the taste when my teeth weren't pulverized, but very disappointed.

This is my first time to ever write a review. Too busy to take the time, but this time, after ordering this product online for the past 1 1/2 yrs., it's time to let you all know how outstanding these chips are. I have turned so many people on to these chips after I first tried them in Cabo San Lucas. Sadly, they are not sold in KY, so I found them here. All 6 of my kiddos and my hubby love them. They are light, with a unique flavor that only causes that yearning for more. Never have they arrived stale; however, you need to keep the bag sealed when not in use, like any other chip. Outstanding by themselves, with guacamole or with salsa. We are SOLD on these chips.

Cabo Chips have a unique taste because everything is all natural. A lot of the tortilla chips out there taste fake but with Cabo Chips, they taste real. They have a solid crunch but that's what I'm looking for in a Tortilla Chip. I don't want a soft tortilla chip. Another good part about the chip is that they are thin and crispy. Usually with the crunch you get out of them you'd expect a thick chip, but these have the perfect size.
I've given chips to my roommates and parents and all agree that they are delicious. You can taste hints of the flavor although it is not overpowering which for me, is important. I hate getting a flavored chip and you forget that you're eating a tortilla chip.
I would definitely get again (and am going to)

I normally think Amazon is a great way to purchase some of the high end products I like for a reduced price but these Cabo Chips, which I really love, were not fresh. I had already given several of them to my son who is a college student so I could not return them. The sell by date wasn't until Nov. 2010 but they were semi stale, edible, but not fresh or as good as when bought in the store.
