These crispbreads are delicious. I bought these because amazon has a much better price than what I've seen in the gourmet section of the supermarket. It was well worth the price.
One thing you have to realize is that these tasty crackers are large and very very VERY thin. So thin, you wonder what you could use them for since it's almost impossible to put something on them. I finally cut cheese very thin and ate them with cheese.
The box says that you can moisten the crackers and wrap them around a filling. I have yet to attempt that.
The crackers tend to have a few layers in pieces. It's inevitable... as I said, these are extremely thin. It's not what I expected, I'll admit. They were a delightful surprise, unlike any crackers I've ever had. I can't even imagine trying to make such crispbread from scratch.
I will be buying these again because they are so good.
