I started using this product in the hospital, and actually went looking for it after discharge. Now I use them for a quick meal. They are filling and the chocolate flavor tastes like regular pudding, but with nutrition. Nice treat for a dieter! They can be carried in your purse for use later, no refrigerator needed.

The product is great. Tastes good, full of healthy nutrients and easy to open. Price is good. The cans are very thin metal and dent easily. The first case was more than half damaged. Amazon, in their good name, replaced the case but the second case came with the bottom layer dented again. IT was packed well, not sure how to prevent damage.
