The Best!Mar 30, 2012

I have to order this online because our grocery stores don't carry it -- probably because it's more expensive than Smuckers. I notice Smuckers has copied Bonne Maman's packaging by placing a plaid cover on Smuckers jelly jars. We love these Bonne Maman products because the flavor is intense and delicious. For me, the degree of sweetness is perfect. I don't mind paying extra for such a fine product, and we use less of it because the flavor is more concentrated.
Decent jam but definitely not the best for me.Dec 15, 2011

Hi everyone,
So, I've been living in France for a bit and have noticed this jam everywhere at the regular supermarkets. I've also noticed it in Whole Foods back at home, though it is not sold in France at the bio co-ops or natural grocery stores. It's also sold here in France for a fraction of the price in the states of course.
A friend bought this one and I had this on toast. It was good, but overly sweet! I could taste too much sugar, which overpowered the raspberry flavor. I do not think it was horrible, but the sugar was definitely too much for me. As for spread and consistency, that gets 5 stars. But again, I've tasted better jams in France and this one was just mainstream for me.
Not an Amazon purchaserDec 14, 2011

I just want to say, this is the best jar of mashed up fruit that money can buy.
Again, I haven't tried purchasing food from Amazon yet, let alone this specific item; I'm simply expressing my fondness for the product.
Wonderful, TotallyApr 25, 2011
By Strontium90 Shipping was quick, the packaging was nicely done in large bubble wrap, and no broken containers. The product is absolutely the best I've had yet. There is no High Fructose Corn syrup and the berry flavor is outstanding. I had the opportunity to talk to a customer service rep when I had a question about the preserves and the jelly. This woman explained things in a relaxed complete discussion about the product as though I was the only customer that she had to talk to that day. I ordered a package each of the Raspberry and Blackberry and each respective flavor is as distinct as it is tasty. In an age of artificial flavors I do highly recommend this establishment to everybody who wants quality preserves, jams, and jellies.
Great Taste But A little too....Oct 25, 2009
By Guy Stewart I tried these when they were on sale. I have fallen in love with another french made Jam product, St. Dalfour. I was hoping that this would be of equal quality and it was on quality and taste but a little too watery and thin spreading for my taste. The St. Dalfours is a better product in my opinion.
