What a wonderful surprise when I dipped my knife into the newly opened jar of Bonne Maman Apricot Preserves! This all fruit, sugar & pectin treat is loaded with large slabs of the sweetest apricots that have ever landed on a slice of toast. While most jams amd preserves on the grocers shelf are using high fructose sweeteners and minimal fruit, Bonne Maman has created a rich preserve that is primarily apricots with just enough sugar and pectin to hold it together. These preserve harken back to the best homemade from many generations ago. Enjoy!

Good tasting jam. Good price. 13 oz, makes for a decent bite. The only problem is the apricot skins. It would be better if they pulverized them. This way it's hard to spread on your rye. Otherwise, pretty impressive selection from this French jam-maker.

Please mark the package as being fragile; the last time I received jars of jam,
many of the jars were broken, the box having been dropped, and NOT marked fragile.

The product was of good quality and has excellent texture and flavour. The cost per 6 jar case was reasonable.
