Bigelow Chamomile Herbal Tea helps me relax and unwind at the end of a long, stressful day. I occasionally drink it right before bedtime to help me fall asleep. If you have insomnia, it's a natural remedy worth looking into.
I have tried the Celestial Seasonings brand of chamomile tea (Celestial Seasonings Sleepytime Herb Tea), which is a blend of Chamomile Flowers, Spearmint Leaves, Lemon Grass, Tilia Flowers, Blackberry Leaves, Orange Blossoms, Hawthorn Berries, and Rosebuds. Although I really like its flavor, I don't find it as potent or as effective as the Bigelow brand of chamomile tea.

While my favorite relaxing tea is called Celestial Seasonings Sleepytime this tea is a close second. This is made with just chamomile flowers for maximum effect. This means that you get a full flavor of chamomile which is delicious with honey. To vary the flavors all you have to do is change the honey flavor. Like maybe use lavender honey or any other favorite honey you can think of. Now if you are trying to get to sleep this tea might help but I would recommend Celestial Seasonings Sleepytime Extra.

R.C. Bigelow, Inc. was begun in 1945 by Ruth Campbell Bigelow, a tea connoisseur who wanted to offer even more taste opportunities to American tea drinkers. Among the many teas and herbal infusions that are offered by Bigelow is the Cozy Chamomile. Cozy Chamomile has one ingredient - Chamomile flowers. That's it - no fruit, no nuts, just good healthy chamomile.
This is a nice, refreshing tea, with that nice chamomile flavor. It's naturally caffeine-free, and is a healthy drink for any time of the day or night - not or iced. I really like this tea and highly recommend it. (By the way, check out the interesting recipes on Bigelow's website!)

As a very picky person. I prefer this blend of Bigelow's to all others. Celestial Seasons Herb Tea is my second favorite. The only two I buy.
