I like to call a mug of Big Train NSA Vanilla Chai "Happiness"!! It's a far superior chai drink than any others out there. Locally, we have "Oregon Chai" which everyone raves about...and I find disgusting. I don't drink coffee and so am quite a chai snob. The first time I tried Big Train Chai...I was won over! I love them hot and blended. Nothing is better than a frosty blended Big Train Chai in the summer. In the winter, a hot NSA Vanilla Chai is what motivates me to get out of bed on Monday mornings! Big Train is a good Chai for beginners...it's not so overbearing as other chai's. ENJOY!!

This stuff is great. It is like drinking a snickerdoodle with it's sugar and cinnamon flavor and although it's not calorie free, at least it is No Sugar Added. Great on cold nights!

I love Big Train Chai but this stuff is nasty. When they say "no sugar added" be aware that there is SPLENDA added. I hate splenda so I now have a ton of packets of nasty chai tea. So sad.

I bought this because it was stated to be a sugar free low caffeine drink. The item I received exactly matches the picture, but the nutrition information does not match that given on Amazon. Most importantly, while it is sugar-free, the 99.8% caffeine free / 2mg of caffeine claims are completely wrong. The nutrition label on the product says it has 65mg of caffeine per serving, almost as much as the 80mg in a can of Red Bull. I can't comment on the taste as I will be returning this.

I think this is a really great vanilla chai, and the best part is that it doesn't have a huge sugar content. I've gotten my husband stuck on it too!
