My best friend got me into chai, and this is some of the best I've come across. Big Train makes all kinds of flavors, but I've tried several and the raspberry is my personal favorite. The powder makes a flavorful, milky hot drink that's easier on my stomach than coffee, and tastes better than most coffee I've ever had, too!

While I hate using exclamation points to get my message across, I have to with Big Train Raspberry Chai!
I first had this product back in Christmas of 2000. My mother received Big Train Chai drink mixes as a "Secret Santa" gift from her work. My mother is a hardcore coffee drinker and wanted nothing to do with this "chai" drink. So I took it upon myself to try all the flavors - Spiced, Vanilla, and Raspberry. Raspberry sounded dreadful so it was the last packet I drank... and the raspberry flavor turned out to be my favorite!
There is something so soothing yet refreshing about this drink. It's absolutely addictive. The raspberry flavoring isn't a tart flavor as you might think. It adds the right amount of sweet flavor to the drink.
Just make sure you measure out the water properly... It's really easy to water down the product, and ruin the taste (although, you could resolve the issue by adding more powder).
Remember to serve hot and enjoy often!
