Not that it hurt the product any, but all 3 bottles were all banged up and bent. Classy. Now to the taste: sugar water. I don't even taste a HINT of cinnamon. Live and learn.

When I received mine it said cinnibon on the bottle, but it is just simple syrup, sugar no cinnamon. I tastes good in hot apple cider but not what I wanted or expected. Very disappointing.

I bought this product for its name and description. I opened the bottle and surprise, surprise....my cinnamon syrup has not cinnamon smell at all. I tried the product and got another surprise my "cinnamon" Syrup doesn't taste like cinnamon at all doesn't matter how much you add. I really don't know how the makers of this product put the name "cinnamon" on the label when you cannot find it anywhere. It is syrup because of his consistency and high levels of sugar but somebody forgot to add the "cinnamon" flavor. I'm really disappointed not only with the product but also by the fact I couldn't return it. I just feel I waste my money.

Cinnamon flavored Big Train syrup is a great way to spice up your coffee at home.
Why pay the coffee shop?
Big Train is the same brand many of them use anyway.

It shipped out just fine..no leaking or
breakage at all and came very fast in the mail.
The flavoring is great and I know
I will buy again from this company.
My only surprise that they are in plastic bottles,
which is no biggy to me.
But thought others would like to know that.
