These muffins are excellent...any chocolate lover will enjoy these easy to make muffins...a GREAT variation if you like chocolate & mint combined is to add about 3/4 cup mint baking chips to mix and then sprinkle some on top before baking..i used the Andes brand mint chips. These muffins were the best chocolate muffins i've ever had...moist and rich.

These are delicious muffins and so easy to make! I love to bake, but don't really have time to bake anything "homemade" due to my busy schedule. I'm a teacher and my co-workers really seem to love these. I'll bake a few dozen and put them in the teacher's lounge. They are gone within minutes. Not even a crumb left behind! I order the mixes in packs of 12 from Amazon every few months so I'll always be ready to bake something if a special occasion arises. Whenever I have a chocolate craving, I grab a box of these from my cabinet and they're ready in about 20 minutes. I love these right out of the oven with a cup of coffee or tea. Warning: It's impossible to eat only one muffin. They're so yummy, I usually have two or three!

I made these one weekend and my boyfriend loved them! I'm not a chocolate person but I had 4 in one sitting. And now that is my go to desert. Its easy to make and delicious right out of the oven.

I am a chocolate lover! When my wife tried these, I thought they were the greatest, especially hot out of the oven for breakfast!!! Then she could not find them anymore in the grocery stores, asked at the courtesy counters, but nobody really cared. I missed having them, so one nite I did a search and found that Amazon offered them. Immediately ordered them, and now I am back in heaven. I think they are the best...
