I have tried lots of different products over the years when it comes to Betty Crocker. Some were really great and I use them everyday in my kitchen, others were a 'one time flung'.
I bought these intitally because they were made from Yukon Gold Potatoes that are a family favorite to start with. I had my doubts but the the first time I made them they were GREAT! even the picky eaters at my house asked for seconds. My only thing I think that would improve them was in the labeled servings per box. I needed to make BOTH pouches to feed 2 adults, 2 teen boys and one tween girl.
They are a good alternative for quick & easy dinners or for when company is here but no very cost effective for regulars family dinners.

We tried these once after finding them in the local grocery store, then could never find them again.
These are some of the best-tasting mashed potatoes that we have tried. Glad Amazon sells them!
They cost a little more, but are worth it.

I have never liked powered potatoes, until these. For one packet in box I add the alotted amount of water, an extra tablespoon of butter, and the alotted amount of milk less 2 ounces. I then put in 2 ounces of half & half and they are delicious. My family really likes them.
