I cannot express my delight that I was able to find this product! I have used this frosting mix for over 35 years. It makes a perfect recipe each time (not like the made-from-scratch version cooking on the stove with syrup, etc.) It is perfect for cut-up cake creations and makes a wonderful brownie bar that ONLY THIS TYPE frosting will work (must be baked with this icing on it in oven!) I do not understand why it is not available in stores. I was so excited to run upon the product that I order 2 cases (that's 24 boxes). I just hope it is still available when I need more.

Love this frosting mix! Can't find it in the grocery stores anymore. Tastes like 7 minute frosting, in a mix. Everyone raves about this frosting when I make it ( and they want the recipe). Definately glad I have found this frosting mix again.

I have used this product for years but for some reason it is just no longer available in stores. It has a long shelf life too! I am not really lazy but at the same time I appreciate the effort this product saves me. I have a family that really likes boiled fluffy frosting and this is just as good as home made from scratch. However, if I am frosting a big cake I prefer to use two boxes. One may seem plenty but it usually "goes back" a little. I like a high, high, topping for party appeal.
I was just thrilled to find this available at Amazon. I would bet that most of today's cooks have NEVER made a boiled frosting, and those that have, may have had to try a few times to get it just right. Too much beating and it goes to sugar. Too little beating and it fails to reach its proper consistency. Weather plays a factor too----hot weather and humidity can affect results. A box mix for this is a great way to go.

This isn't your Mamma's buttercream frosting but it sure tastes like her marshmellow frosting. I have used this many times in the past. It's pretty good. I think it tastes like marshmellows. It's perfect for cream fillings in chocolate cake.
