I enjoy throwing a little of this in my steamers, milkshakes, hot cocoa, anything liquid and creamy to add a little protein to my daily diet and it also keeps me full longer. Good fine and great price on here!

you can add this to ANYTHING because it adds no consistency or flavor! We don't always get enough protein PLUS we don't want it to be primarily from animal fat, so we add this to cereal or salads or vegetables or put it in a smoothie, just about anything you can think of! We can't always find it in the stores, so ordering a case from Amazon.com was a great option!
