Perfect for tiramisuOct 17, 2009
By LK Certain brands of Lady Fingers are inappropriate for tiramisu because they remain crisp, even after being dipped in espresso. These Bellino Savoiardi Lady Fingers soften very well and are excellent for making tiramisu. They are also good on their own, with a cup of coffee for breakfast or with fruit for a light lunch.

TiramisuSep 19, 2010
By Rose I can't seem to find these lady fingers in my area so I ordered a box from amazon. If your going to make Tiramisu, these are the best cookies to use. They don't get soggy and they have a wonderful sweet, mild taste.

Good quality cookieJul 21, 2010
By L. Grant I had no idea that ladyfingers had become so rare except around the holidays. In desperation to make a promised tiramisu, I bought some soft ones that are more like sponge cake than firm cookies. While the recipient was nice enough to say it was good--I know it lacked something in texture. Happily I found these and after reading the great reviews, I purchased a case. I would have rated it 5 stars but the packing was poor and some of the cookies were damaged. Other than that, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and set up an automatic shipment option. Guess I can make some tiramisu now!! Thanks, Amazon!

Great for baking and eating!Jul 07, 2010
By R. Degenhardt I bought these because my Tiramisu recipe need Italian lady fingers. Delicate flavor, great texture for baking, perfect for my recipe. However, I've also discovered they are an excellent snack with a glass of milk at bedtime. When rushed, I've used them with fresh fruit, a splash of Grand Marnier and a dollop of whipped cream. Great to have on hand.

Italian Lady FingersMar 22, 2012
By vbaio Bellino Savoiardi Lady Fingers are the best!!! They are not the spongy American style fingers you get in the store. However, they are NOT the large, fat, lady fingers I was expecting. I was making Tirimisu and wanted something better than was available; in fact the recipe suggested Savoiardi. I saw the advertisement and ordered a box. What I didn't understand was that I was getting a BIG box and will have enough lady fingers to make several 9x13 pans of dessert, which my body can not afford. The "fingers" are excellent and I would highly recommend them. A 9x13 inch dish will hold about 18 fingers per layer and obviously, two layers would use 36 fingers, so you can add that into your planning when you order.
