This mix is slightly sweet and a very nice, smooth dark chocolate flavor. I will likely order more before the hot chocolate season ends. I hope Amazon will continue to carry this brand.

I will never have a party without it, I made 16 chocolate Martini's and also served it hot with Bailey's, and mixed it with cream and made fondue for dipping fruit- directions are on the hang tag.
My guests are still thanking me for the great time!

Between these three, they easily surpass Dove, Ghiradelli, or any other "domestic" or local competition. If you want to get your money's worth and your goal is excellent hot OR cold chocolate taste, choose this or either of the other two cocoa's.

I am incredibly picky when it comes to chocolate, and most chocolate mixes are simply sugar with a few specks of chocolate. Bellagio sipping chocolate is by far the BEST chocolate mix I have ever tried...and I've tried many! It is a little more expensive than other brands of cocoa mix, but you definitely get what you pay for. A little goes a long way, and you can make anything from hot cocoa to thick sipping chocolate to "spoon" chocolate to chocolate mousse....the list goes on and on. I even made a great "chocolate emergency" frosting by simply mixing some of the chocolate in with a bowl of whipped cream. And as an added bonus, the tin the chocolate comes in is super cute and makes a wonderful gift.

I am a vegan, and it is hard to find a good cocoa that is vegan. This sipping chocolate is delicious made with soymilk! You can follow the directions on the package for a 4 oz. thick, rich and robust sipping chocolate, or add more milk to make more of a hot chocolate/cocoa consistency. Either way, it is delicious! It melts very well into the milk, it is not bitter or chalky as other cocoas tend to be. Top quality and yummy!
