Sadly lacking in blueberriesSep 20, 2008

If you put blueberry in the name there should be some blueberries. There are a few. And I mean that literally a few per bag. Basically it is just plain granola. Ok granola..a little dry. I know the company story 2 young people make good. I thought it was a cool story, now it seems like so much yada yada. Well maybe sucess got to their head. Because there is a level of blueberries where you can say oh yeah a little skimpy and a level where you feel totally cheated. This reached the cheated level.
Not a horrible product...but when you call it blueberry granola it becomes a horrible product because basically false advertising.

Overall, we love Bear Naked products, but this one our family didn't like - it even smelled peculiar. We love granola and LOVE blueberries, but this was hard to stomach. Our local store let us return an unopened package and exchange it for another flavor.

I have purchased other flavors of Bear Naked granola, but this one did not taste right to me. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't good, either. The color/texture in a bowl of milk were such that I could not finish the bowl. I contacted the company to exchange/return the unopened packs, perhaps for another flavor, but found the customer service to be wanting, too. Will not buy again.

Totally don't know why amazon still has this labeled as blueberry!
Soooo bogus!!
check the bear naked, peak protein company website.
THEY DISCONTINUED THIS FLAVOR.
Incidentally this is the best flavor they ever made.
I'm just sayin is all.

In a 28oz bag there are 13 measured 1/2 cup servings, not 26 as stated on the package. Therefore, the calorie count is 120 cal per 1/4 cup, NOT 1/2 cup, as stated on the package. If your serving size is 1/2 cup, you must double the calorie count. I questioned the company twice about this. They refuse to address this issue and instead offered me a free package of trail mix.
I also heard from a personal trainer that this company has been caught lying about nutritional information on their packaging before.
This company is not what it is cracked up to be.
Does it taste good? Well yeah! It does. Is 120 calories per serving too good to be true? Yes, most certainly it is.
Don't fall for their slight of hand! Research it for yourself.
