I ordered this product because it was packaged in individual portions. We normally buy Bear Naked Granola in a larger package that includes fruits and goodies. We keep it in a canister on our counter for a healthy snack option or morning cereal. Even though I had never tried the peak protein variety, when I saw the individual portion packets I thought I'd take a chance on it because I thought this would be great to have on hand for a grab and go snack.
The idea was nice but I have to say that the "peak protein" variety of Bear Naked Granola is not my favorite. It didn't taste as fresh and hearty as the usual variety we use. The granola bits were small and a bit powdery and even tasted a little stale(perhaps that's the protein?) The fruit was barely noticeable. I've never had that problem with the other Bear Naked Granola's I've tried. Maybe I got a bad batch? Either way, I'm going back to my tried and true Bear Naked varieties.

The cereal tastes ok, but they are hard to open. I would have liked better packaging. That is why I rated them only two stars. I would have been better off buying the larger package.

I am always looking for healthy snacks for my kids. This is perfect to keep in my car for a quick snack for either the kids or for myself! Love it.
