What I love a bout the Z4+ is the incredible smooth flow of the ink and the BOLD strokes and lines I can achieve with it.
It has become my Pen of choice for note-jotting, serious writing, drawing and doodling. It is a great all purpose pen for the office and I carry 2 or 3 in my bag always. Buying them in bulk is necessary because they tend to...migrate at the office as other people discover them.

These are seriously the best pens I've ever used. They are comfortable to write with, mostly because you don't need to apply any pressure to the page to make a dark line. The gel ink dries instantly on normal papers, and you can tell exactly how much ink you have left through the clear sides. I'm pretty sure my grades and handwriting have improved since I started using them, because I now enjoy writing notes- I feel like a calligrapher using a brush. I bought four dozen, and I fully expect that to last me the rest of college.

My son had one of these...and used it for the longest time...we looked in stores all over and could not find them...thank goodness we found them on Amazon!! We ordered several packs. They write so nicely!!

These are perfect in price and as a writing utensil. The line is thick and dark and right after you've written something on a normal piece of paper (does not count for shiny surfaces) you can run your finger across it and it won't smear. I also like the grip but I don't hold my writing utensil in the standard way (I cradle it over my ring finger with my middle finger resting over the pen).
I think a con for some people might be how dark it is. Because of the way I hold my writing utensil I tend to press harder on the paper so for me especially the pen bleeds through to the back of a page. You can still read everything just fine on both sides though so I haven't found it to be a problem.

I just went through my first box of these pens. I am happy to see that Bic is still making them. They flow well and are always the first pen I look for when I have to do any extended writing.
