I recently started the induction phase of the Atkins diet and was a little concerned about curbing my sweet cravings. I've had other diet shakes in the past and always had difficulty getting past the taste. Well, this shake is MUCH better than any I've had before! It is so nice and chocolatey that I really don't miss the real thing. I have made it a part of my everyday meal plan (usually my dessert after dinner). This shake makes Atkins easier.

These shakes are the best!!! Amazon has great prices on Atkins products (better than grocery and drug stores) and ordered enough to get free shipping. Product packed well and arrived quickly! Amazon is great!!

It wasn't great, but it was OK. I had Atkins Shakes from several years ago and they've improved over time. I'm not sure if they would be good hot (substitute for hot chocolate) but hey, worth a shot!

I personally LOVE chocolate, but the flavor of chocolate in this shake (and other shakes too) is gross (to me). Anyhow, I suppose this is a good shake, I just found I like mixing my own protein powder drink (like EAS Vanilla) because it tastes better.
