"Crazy about opera"
The best Rendang I have ever eaten, very reminiscent to one I was served in a restaurant in Singapore. Unlike one of the other reviewers, to me the curry is just spicy enough and, if anything, a bit milder than expected. It is a pity it is unavailable currently in Amazon--I came onsite to buy more !

We tried this when we were unable to get our regular Malaysian brand. Everyone agreed that it was pretty good! I expect that we will buy more in the future. Hmmm Hmmm good.

"cooks for creatures"
I've used this seasoning mix several times. It has a very good flavor, but is a little hot. I realize this is authentic, but it might have worked better to make it a little milder and allow the home cook to increase the heat as desired.
