Delicious Salt Without Odd aftertaste.Jun 10, 2010

I normally use kosher salt for things like pasta water and other larger quantities, but this is a great table salt that has a very pleasant taste. For those who don't pay much attention to the real flavor of the salt they use, it might not be worth the difference, but for those who savor their dining experience and pay attention to flavors of their food, this is very nice- no weird aftertaste, and not too harsh. Looks pretty lightly sprinkled on things that need a little extra hit of saltiness. It supposedly has health attributes for allergies and asthma, which I can neither attest to, or deny. As all salt, it does have sodium, but I believe I read that it has enough flavor so that you can use less.

Buying this item was a real shot in the dark. Mother has high blood pressure and this was an alternative salt product. We are VERY pleased with the way it tastes. It has a little bit stronger taste so don't need to use as much as you do table salt in order to get the same flavor. We bought the three pack, hoping we wouldn't be sorry, and we aren't! Love this product!

Great product. I think this has been about the best salt for the value that I have purchases lately. A nice mild natural taste. Very highly recommend.
