In the world of super premium Spanish Tunas this one is OK. Still much better than domestic tuna in water or vegetable oil but not nearly up to par with some of the other Spanish ones. It has a good flavor but a rather hard and slightly grainy texture. My only real complaint is with the can it comes in. It is difficult to open fully and leaves a sharp edge.

If you've never tried Spanish Tuna in olive oil, you must do so. The Spanish and Italians have wonderful packed tuna which actually tastes like Tuna should. There is no spring water here. Although not inexpensive, it is worth every penny.
