another opinionJun 24, 2008
By B. Horvat I've almost quit reading reviews because of the wide variance in people's opinions, but I couldn't help putting in my two cents on this cookie mix. My 8-year-old daughter, who is an EXTREMELY picky eater, loves them-she wants to make them all the time. My husband even thinks they're great, and he eats any and everything. I also like the fact that most of the ingredients are organic, which isn't the case with the Pamela's mixes.
edible but would not purchase againApr 20, 2012

This cookie mix requires 1 egg, 1 tablespoon softened butter and 2 tablespoons of milk. It was hard to mix and to drop by tablespoons onto cookie sheet. The directions didn't say to grease the cookie sheet or use parchment paper or anything like that so I didn't thinking that they were the kind of cookie that makes its own grease as it cooks so it slides off and you would not want to cook that kind of cookie on a greased sheet because that would be like frying your cookies. Anyhow, this cookies are dry and if you decide to make a batch of these you will definitely want to do something to keep them from sticking.
While these are not so bad that they go directly into the trashcan, I am not sure that they will get eaten up and eventually end up on the trashcan any way. I much prefer Pamela's Products Incredible Chocolate Chunk Cookies Mix, 13.6-Ounce Units (Pack of 6) for a dutch cocoa tasting chocolate chunk cookie and Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix for a traditional tasting chocolate chunk cookie.
A good gluten free alternativeFeb 17, 2011

These cookies not only have a great taste, but a great texture to match. They were very simple to make, and the "dough" will stick together quite well in order to make the balls of cookies. Once the cookies are done, they are somewhat fragile but held together enough for all intents and purposes. Not sure why these are so expensive on amazon though, I get them in the store for about $5 a box.
Love these cookies!May 01, 2009
By M. Lacy Best with added walnuts. A little hard to mix, I put on rubber gloves to get it mixed thoroughly
Best GF Choc Chip Cookies on the market!Mar 31, 2009

These Arrowhead Mills GF cookies are the most comparable to "regular" choc chip cookies. They come out of the oven warm and soft and taste great! If you need to avoid gluten and haven't tried these cookies, you better. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
