5One of our favoritesMar 27, 2007
By Mojave Bob
We are on a gluten- and casein-free diet, and we love this cereal. It has a nice flavor, and isn't over-sweetened. It does not have a too-strong buckwheat flavor. We bought lots. Try it with almond milk -- mmmmm.

5a gluten free greatFeb 16, 2011
By grandMOM
This is one of my hubby's favorite breakfasts and just about the only dry cereal he really enjoys. There is no problem using all 6 boxes and on the subscription plan it is less than half the price in many health food stores. Note: the boxes have dropped to 10 oz. instead of 12 oz.
It is GF, has no MSG or related products, no aspartates.

5Crunchy and great tasteFeb 08, 2010
By Always Reading "Deborah"
I really like this cereal, it stays crunchy in milk and is more filling than some other gluten free cereals I have tried. It has a hint of sweetness and smells like maple syrup but is not too sweet like some cereals. Buckwheat does have a unique taste, so go in open minded, some people who go gluten free seem to chase that elusive wheat like cereal instead of opening up their minds and taste buds to absolutely new adventures - leave expectations behind and enjoy a great tasty treat for breakfast!

5Gluten Free BreakfastJul 29, 2007
By Kay V
This is a nice gluten free breakfast option. A little sweet so no added sugar is needed but not overly sweet. Crunchiness holds up well in milk.
