tasty & healthyNov 02, 2007
By Smeggy i think this is quite tasty cereal. the kamut flakes were just like wheaties or any other standard wheat flakes. they didn't get too mushy or soggy but they felt much softer & gentler than those rock hard kashi flakes i've been eating. this cereal seemed much more like "normal" cereal i am used to. it's a nice option to have for days when kashi seems to hard to handle. Also i love that there is whole grain amaranth & whole grain quinoa flour in it too. i will buy more when it runs out.

not so sweetJul 31, 2008
By Bill Roper too many breakfast cereals are laden with sugar, but the arrowhead brands leave room for honey and blueberries. i rotate between the various flakes, and i like them all. they're all light and crunchy, organic, nutritious, plus they taste great...that's a sweet way to start the day!
Love this cereal!Dec 04, 2011
By Linda J. Williams I've been eating this cereal for many years, after first finding it in a health food grocery store. To be that healthy and yet taste that good is amazing!
Okay, nothing moreNov 01, 2011
By Eva Yaa Asantewaa I'm a big fan to Arrowhead Mills' shredded wheat cereal, but I thought I might try this other kind, just for variety. It's okay, but it's not very substantial. I put a lot in my cereal bowl--including yogurt, chopped fruit, raisins and chocolate chips, and this cereal just seems to disappear in there. Maybe if you just add a little milk and some raisins or so, it might be more impressive. However, I don't think I'd order it again. I'm going back to the shredded wheat. Pricier, but you get what you pay for, I guess.
Kamut to the moonJun 24, 2009

This cereal kicks a* and takes names. It isn't offered anymore in our local co-op catalog, so it is great to find it here for about the same price if free shipping is available. I like the cereal because it uses fruit juice for sweetener and is also great for people on wheat and gluten free diets. Texture is also just right for flakes.
