This spice is absolutely delicious. My mother paired it with with cauliflower, spinach, coconut milk, garlic and onion, and it made vegetables I don't usually crave -- utterly craveable. She used to buy the mix at Whole Foods, but since it is no longer available there, we found it at Amazon.com and were happy to split the pack of 12 it comes in! The only trouble is, we may run out too quickly. Highly recommended!

This is a really good starter mix for Chicken although I prefer to tweak the cooking instructions slightly. You can reduce the amount of oil by half and cut back on the water too if you don't want it as soupy. You can also add in some plain yogurt or sour cream to make the sauce creamier if you prefer. But, overall, its a very good mix and easy to make. There is some prep time involved with mincing garlic, onion, ginger, etc. But it's not hard to do. You can also reduce the recipe by half and use half a package of seasoning (still use one whole can of tomato sauce but little or no water) and it comes out great. The mix is set up to use 2 lbs of chicken which is a lot for one or two people. Also, since the packet lists all of the ingredients, if you are a half way decent cook you can buy the spices in bulk and save money by mixing it yourself.

This spice blend makes for a convenient and delicious chicken tikka masala meal. I prepare this as per the package, but use Morningstar Farms vegan chicken strips (4 bags), extra tomatoes, plenty of fresh ground black pepper, and serve it over basmati rice. For two people, it lasts for 3 days.
You will not be disappointed. Brilliant and yummy mix of unique Indian spices.

This is one of the most popular dishes in our family! It's easy to make, just follow the directions. We like to have it with jasmine rice, though I suppose that's not 100% authentic, lol. It's a great product!

This spice mix comes with an easy chicken tikka recipe on the package. One of our favorite dinners and the flavor is so much better than attempts to mix the spices on my own.
