Loved the shirt. Unfortunately, when the plastic bag was being heat-sealed, the plastic was heated into the fabric of the shirt. My husband, an Arkansas grad and former teacher there, was disappointed he didn't get his tee on Christmas morning.
Luckily, Amazon's return policy and process are exceptional. I was very pleased to learn that when there's a hitch in the process, Amazon is willing to exercise GREAT customer service.
Besides, my husband's birthday is in March. Wonder what I'll get him . . .?

I never received the order. Inquired a couple of times until I received a replacement. Afterward, I found out that the package did not even get an attempt for delivery. It was shipped via the post office and someone dropped the ball. We were waiting for the item. The item itself was in very good shape, just the service was poor this time around. Very disappointing.

Great service, great product quiality, and perfect size. The shirt material is not too light but not too heavy, making it perfect for spring through fall! :)
