Yummy! Gluten Free and mostly organic!Mar 07, 2009

It is so hard to find foods that are both Gluten Free and organic, so our family was totally excited to try the Arico Cookies. They are soft, tasty, and have a pronounced almond flavor. Though they are not totally organic, they are mostly organic which is a good start and is acceptable for my family. We like the Enjoy Life Brand gluten free soft cookies, but they are not organic, so we stopped buying them. So it was totally cool that my husband found these. Though we are health conscious and limit snacks, it is nice to have a snack that meets our family's needs; GF, organic, and no soy flour.
The cookies are a little sweeter than I prefer (but it is a cookie after all) and they are a bit skimpy on the cranberries. But overall, we are really pleased with these cookies, especially since they save time for a busy mommy who doesn't often have time to bake gluten free, organic cookies!
