Vegan Organic Kosher ChoiceJan 17, 2008

Vegan. Organic. Kosher. Creamy delicious organic refried beans. Great for bean burritos or nachos. Just put a dollop on a tortilla with some organic salsa for a quick and easy snack or meal. Wonderful for tacos with fresh tomatos and lettuce. Also really like Amy's Organic Medium Chili, 14.7 Ounces (Pack of 12). Six star company. Another vegan wonder from Amy's kitchen! This review is out there for those for whom this makes a difference. See all of my reviews for more great choices. Check out "Vegan Grocery Favorites" and "Vegan Grocery Top Ten" in Listmania. Tasty Beans!Sep 02, 2010
By Mary Santos I'll say it now, I'm a die hard Amy's fan. I've never had an Amy's food product that I didn't like and these beans are no exception.
The flavor is so distinct and hard to describe, but it's very similar to the same flavors in Amy's Chili. It has a depth of flavor that you never get with canned beans, but you do with these. Definitely, worth a try if you've never had these.
Since none of my local grocery stores keep the refried beans in stock, I'll be back here again and again for more because once you've had Amy's beans, you'll never go back to the other brands.
Plus, these are gluten free.

Great Price!Mar 17, 2010
By Stephanie Swanson Thank you Amazon for carrying Amy's at such a reasonable price! I paid about $27 for this case, when they were trying to charge me $40 for it at my health food store. These are the BEST refried beans I've ever had---they taste even better since I add about a half a jar of salsa (mild, great value brand from Walmart) per can. I love them because they don't taste like oil and they don't make me feel sick afterwards, as other refried bean brands sometimes do. I definitely recommend!

I am a lifelong eater of refried beans. As a vegetarian, this is a staple in my diet. These are, honest-to-god, the best refried beans from a can I havever eaten.
