by comparison, I squeezed a LOT less water volume out of this big can of tuna than I do from the 6 or 7 ounce cans you get from the supermarket...it appears to be almost 80 to 90% tuna (and 10-20% water) as opposed to the 40 to 50% tuna in the smaller cans
A WORD OF WARNING: probably don't have to mention this, but unless your recipe calls for using 4 pounds of tuna all at once have several small plastic storage containers or freezer bags available to freeze what you don't use...it won't keep very long even if refrigerated

There is a lot of tuna in this can and quality isnt bad. I got this because the price was pretty good and I needed to make a large amount of tuna noodle salad for a get together. I had enough here to make a very large dish, make some for myself to keep at home and still was able to make some tuna sandwiches. Flavor is just like any other tuna I have had. It's well, just a big can of tune.
